Direct Access: weekly or fortnightly 1-1 sessions with Kris, MSc Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology.
Continued Support: 3 to 12 months of ongoing development, across the areas of life you want to grow.
A Proven Method: pre-session research tailored to you, an action plan for the work between sessions, and reflection that builds momentum from one session to the next.
Flourish's Toolkit: access to proprietary models, materials and evidence-based Positive Psychology Interventions.
A Private Space: a place to think out loud without judgment, with complete confidentiality.

Pricing.
$500
per session.
Each session is 60 minutes of direct access to Kris, tailored entirely to your goals. Commit to a regular cadence and the per-session rate drops, $450 fortnightly, or $400 weekly.
Self-funding clients receive a further 10% off any rate.

If your organization is sponsoring your coaching, they receive confirmation of attendance and progress against agreed objectives, but never the content of any conversation.

Discovery Call
A complimentary 30-minute call to explore your goals and situation, and to confirm whether 1-1 Coaching is the right fit for both of us.

Coaching Agreement
Together, we'll agree the focus of our work, the cadence (weekly or fortnightly), and the length of our engagement.

Coaching
Each session brings focused conversation, an action plan for the time between, and reflection that takes you one step closer to where you want to be.

Renewal
One month before our work is complete, we'll review progress together and decide on next steps.
