A tailored proposal, walked through together in a 60-minute Strategy Session. We refine the plan around your feedback and confirm the way forward.

Partnership Launch

Contracts, payment, scheduling and your welcome pack. We brief your key stakeholders and announce the partnership across our channels. The program begins, with regular check-ins throughout.

Renewal Session

One month before the contract concludes, a Renewal Session to reflect on the year's progress, refine what comes next, and decide on renewing the partnership.
