Refund & Cancellation Policy

We keep this simple and fair. Places are limited to 12 per group and we usually have a wait list, so when a family registers for Little Kickers, they’re holding a place that another family would otherwise take. That’s why we ask every family to see their registration as a commitment for the full term.

If something comes up, here’s how we’ll help, in this order:

  1. Carry your registration over to the following term.

  2. Pass your place on to a friend or sibling.

  3. If neither works, refund the remaining sessions at $20 per session.

Cancelling before the term starts

14 or more days before the first session: we’ll carry your registration over to the next term, or give you a full refund if you’d prefer.

Less than 14 days before the first session: we’ll carry your registration over to the next term, or you can pass your place on to a friend or sibling. If neither works, we’ll refund the term at $20 per session.

Settling in

Some little ones need time to warm up to something new, so we ask families to give it three sessions. If after the third session your child just isn’t enjoying it, let us know before the fourth. We’ll carry the remaining sessions over to the following term, or you can pass your place on to a friend. If neither works, we’ll refund the remaining sessions at $20 each.

Missed sessions

Life happens: illness, travel, family events. The block model is designed to absorb the occasional missed session without affecting the overall value of the programme. We don’t offer make-ups or refunds for individual missed weeks.

If your child has an unexpected extended absence (more than three sessions in a row through illness, injury or a family emergency), get in touch. We’ll credit the missed sessions towards the next term. If that isn’t possible, we’ll refund the missed sessions at $20 each.

Leaving during the term

If you leave part-way through a term for any other reason, we don’t give refunds for the rest of that term. You’re welcome to pass your place on to a friend or sibling for the remaining sessions.

Full Season bookings

The Full Season price includes a $100 saving for committing to all three terms. If you need to leave, we’ll refund any terms that haven’t started yet. The refund is your $680 minus the standard price of the terms that have already started. For example, if you leave after Autumn, you get $380 back.

Sessions we cancel

Occasionally we may have to cancel a session, for example because of lightning, heavy rain, an unsafe field or coach illness. If so, we’ll let you know as early as we can and either add a make-up session at the end of the term or give a $20 credit towards your next term.
