Group Coaching brings together up to four of your people for 90-minute sessions, with each participant arriving with their own personal challenges and goals.
We work through them together as a cohort, so individual progress is reinforced by peer perspective and shared accountability.
What Do I Receive?
Expert Coaching: 90-minute sessions capped at four people, led by Kris, MSc Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology.
Session Packs: blocks of 4, 8 or 12 sessions, designed for sustained progress.
A Personal Agenda: each participant arrives with their own goals and challenges, with the coach and cohort working through them together.
Community: like-minded participants who challenge each other's thinking, share accountability for progress, and form connections that often outlast the engagement.
A Proven Method: focused conversation in each session, action plans for the time between, and reflection that builds momentum from one session to the next.
What Does It Achieve?
Goal Achievement: each participant brings their own goals; the coach and cohort work together to find clarity, build strategy and take action.
Personal Growth: to achieve more, you must become more. Coaching builds the self-awareness, skills and confidence for growth, deepened by peers walking the same path.
Well-being: we develop each participant's well-being across the eight domains of the Flourishing Life Model.
Resilience: obstacles, setbacks and frustrations are faced together as a cohort. Shared experience turns each one into a moment that builds resilience and strength.
Pricing.
$800
per session.
Each session is a focused space for up to four of your people to work toward their personal goals together. That's just $200 per participant. Choose a pack of 4, 8 or 12 sessions to match the depth of the work.

Group Coaching brings together up to four individuals for personal development with peer support, the participants don't need to work together day to day.
Team Coaching is for an intact workplace team, the people who already work together, focused on their collective performance.
Group develops individuals in a cohort; Team develops the team as a unit.

That's how it's designed to work. Every participant brings their own challenges and goals to each session; the coach and cohort help them work through those individually, with peer perspective and shared accountability amplifying each person's progress.

At the first session, the cohort agrees a confidentiality contract: what's discussed in the group stays in the group.
The coach holds individual confidentiality with each participant, and the group commits to the same with each other. Without that trust, the work can't go deep.

Yes. Every session is completely confidential between you and Kris.
If your organization is sponsoring your coaching, they receive confirmation of attendance and progress against agreed objectives, but never the content of any conversation.

Book a 45-minute complimentary call to help us to understand your needs, challenges and well-being goals.

Proposal
Receive a tailored proposal which highlights our goals, structure, deliverables and expected outcomes.

Onboarding
Sign our contract, process initial payment, schedule sessions, receive your welcome pack and brief key stakeholders.

Delivery & Renewal
We deliver the program with complete professionalism and regular check ins.
Decision on renewals and future direction will be established 1 month before our work is complete.
